Chapter 349 He Wanted to Kill Lola!
Lola's voice continued, "Every day we were apart, I was thinking of you, thinking of you until my heart ached."
Ralph clenched his fists tightly, Lola, she actually said, she missed Timothy!
She had said that she wanted to marry Zackary, but more so, it was for the wealth of the Spencer family. In her life, apart from the time Kaleb forced himself on her, he was the only man she had. However, from what she just said to Timothy, it was clear that she had been with him too!
Moreover, there was still contact at that time.
How could she hurt his sincere feelings for her like this?!
"Oh dear, my lovely Lola, you truly were my little sweetheart."
Timothy seemed to think that what he was about to say would be too disgusting. He didn't want Ralph to hear it, so he quickly got up, grabbed his phone, and went to the restroom inside the private room to continue talking to her on the phone.
Ralph knew he shouldn't have continued to listen. Listening further would only cause him more heartache.
But as if possessed, he quietly turned off the music in the private room, step by step, walked to the bathroom door, and pressed his ear tightly against the door.
Timothy didn't completely close the bathroom door, so Ralph could clearly hear the sound from inside.
He heard Timothy mention his name, "Lola, I heard something a while ago that upset me."
"What happened?"
"How did I hear that you and my good brother Ralph were being ambiguous?"
"Mr. Carlson, who is talking nonsense? How could there possibly be anything ambiguous between Ralph and me?! Ralph, that uneducated and dissolute young master, how could I, Lola, possibly look up to him!"
"Mr. Carlson, you are the only one in my heart! During the time you didn't come to find me, I was alone every night, preserving my purity for you! Even with Zackary, although we are engaged, I didn't let him touch me!"
After hearing what Lola said, Timothy felt so nauseous that he was about to vomit.
When she was with him, she was messing around with other men. Now that they've broken up, who the hell would believe that she would remain chaste for him!
He really didn't want to continue talking to such a disgusting woman, but in order to fulfill his good brother's instructions, he had to grit his teeth and carry on.
"Lola, is everything you said true? You're engaged to Mr. Zackary, and I have no right to interfere with your relationship. But if you're also involved with my good friend Ralph, I would be truly heartbroken!"
"Lola, I liked you so much, you couldn't have made me so upset!"
"Mr. Carlson, what are you talking about! I've told you, I don't even look up to someone like Ralph! In my eyes, Ralph can't even compare to a single hair of yours! He's not even worthy to shine your shoes! He's nothing!"
"Lola, I just remembered, my dad needed me for something, I have to go home tonight. Can I see you tomorrow night instead?"
"Alright, Mr. Carlson, I will be waiting for you in bed, wearing the outfit you like the most."
Timothy had already hung up the phone, but Ralph still stood at the bathroom door, motionless as if turned to stone.
It was as if he had been bewitched, with Lola's words just now echoing over and over again in his mind.
In my eyes, Ralph couldn't even compare to a single strand of your hair! He wasn't even worthy of tying your shoes! He was nothing!
Mr. Carlson, someone would be waiting for you in bed, wearing your favorite outfit.
Ralph slammed his fist hard against the bathroom door, his eyes a fiery red, like a beast fallen into a trap, in unbearable pain.
He loved her so much that he was willing to give her his whole heart, even his life. Unexpectedly, he was so insignificant in her heart.
He was willing to live for her, die for her, give her everything he had, but he absolutely did not want his sincere heart to be ruthlessly trampled by her!
Timothy pushed open the door, only to see Ralph standing at the bathroom door as if he were mad.
He put on a scared expression, "Ralph, what's wrong with you? You're not constipated, are you? If you're constipated, just tell me. I can go outside to make a call. Look at how you're torturing yourself..."
Before Timothy had finished speaking, Ralph had dashed out like a gust of wind.
Watching Ralph's stern silhouette, the corners of Timothy's lips couldn't help but lift.
Having known Ralph for so long, although they were not particularly close, he had some understanding of his character.
He was a man of tyranny and arrogance. If he had known that he had been played by the woman he deeply loved for so many years, he would probably have killed Lola!
Timothy eagerly shared the good news with Lyman, and the two overly imaginative youths joyfully awaited to witness the upcoming miserable state of Lola.
Ralph really wanted to kill Lola.
The thought of all those years he had gone through hell and high water for her, yet she didn't have him in her eyes at all. Even worse, she had cheated on him countless times without his knowledge, made his heart tremble with hatred.
After leaving Crown Club, he went straight to Lola's villa without stopping.
He knew the password to Lola's villa gate and drove straight in.
Lola had just finished taking a bath, she originally planned to go to the appointment with Timothy, but unexpectedly, he had to go home. She could only continue to stay alone in her empty room tonight.
Lola was drying her long hair, planning to go to bed. Before she could even close her bedroom door, Ralph stormed in, seething with rage.
"Ralph? How did you get here?" Lola was afraid that he would be photographed by reporters, exposing the relationship between them. She couldn't help but become nervous, "Did you encounter any reporters when you came here? Were you photographed by anyone?"
"Lola, was I just not meant to see the light?!"
Upon hearing Ralph call her Lola, instead of affectionately calling her Lola as usual, her heart couldn't help but skip a beat.
Her mind was racing, but she still couldn't figure out how she had upset Ralph, who had always been obedient to her.
"Ralph, what on earth happened to you? Why did you suddenly say such strange things?"
"Lola, stop pretending!" Looking at Lola, her face full of innocence and sincerity, Ralph felt an unprecedented exhaustion and hatred in his heart.
He couldn't be bothered to beat around the bush with her anymore, "Lola, you called Timothy, and I was right there! I heard everything you two said!"
"So it turns out, I, Ralph, risked my life for you, lost my conscience for you, but in your heart, I'm not even worthy of carrying Timothy's shoes! I, Ralph, am nothing more than a fart!"
Lola's face turned pale, she never expected that Ralph would hear the content of her phone call with Timothy.
"Ralph, it's not like that, let me explain." Ralph was indeed the sharpest knife in Lola's hand, she still wanted to use him, to make him work like an ox and a horse for her, naturally, she didn't want to lose such a big help.
She stepped forward, pitifully embracing him, "Ralph, I gave you the most precious things I had. How could you doubt me? Do you know how sad I really am?!"
Seeing Lola shedding tears non-stop, Ralph didn't coddle her like a lapdog as he used to. Instead, he coldly shouted, "Enough! Stop pretending! Lola, I, Ralph, hate being lied to and played the most! You treating me like this, today you will pay the heaviest price!"
