Chapter 179 Her Heart, It Was Tainted.

That woman who was as nimble as a fish in water, she was really amazing!

She had just crawled out of his bed and couldn't wait to hook up with another man!

Zackary was so angry that he wanted to kill someone!

He got out of the car with a stern face, originally intending to smash the object in his hand directly, but after some thought, he picked it up instead.

He had been to Penelope's small apartment before, so he easily found his way there.

After Everett left, just as Penelope was about to undress to take a bath, the doorbell suddenly rang.

Penelope thought it was impossible for Everett to have returned, she didn't immediately open the door, instead, she frowned and took a peek through the peephole.

Standing at the door was a furious Zackary.

Penelope found it extremely hilarious. Last night, she was the one who was forced by him, yet he was the one who was angry. She really couldn't understand where he got the nerve to be so furious!

"Penelope!"

Penelope hadn't planned to open the door for Zackary, she turned around and headed towards the bedroom.

The cell phone ringtone suddenly went off. Without even looking at the screen, Penelope picked up the call directly.

"Penelope, open the door!"

Penelope was jolted by Zackary's furious voice, causing her eardrums to ache slightly. She moved the phone away from her ear and spoke calmly, "Zackary, you're sick!"

"Penelope, you may not open the door for me, but you can't bear the consequences!"

The small apartment had underfloor heating, and the bedroom was so warm it was as if one had stepped into spring. But Zackary's voice instantly brought Penelope back to the bleak winter.

"Penelope, don't test my patience!" Zackary's voice grew colder, "Or, you don't want this door anymore!"

Penelope was trembling with anger, but she knew, there was nothing Zackary couldn't do.

Rather than having others come to destroy the door of her small apartment, she would have preferred to open the door for him.

Well, the dogs were let out.

Penelope limped to the door, forcefully pushing it open, her face filled with seething anger.

"Zackary, is this amusing to you?! I've already said, I will pay you back! Please, don't show up in front of me again!"

Zackary didn't speak immediately, his eyes were bloodshot as he stared intently at Penelope. His expression seemed as if he was trying to see through this heartless woman, wondering why she was always so unfeeling towards him!

Zackary truly found himself extremely ridiculous.

Last night, she repeatedly said she no longer loved him, which made him uncontrollably angry. However, the first thing he thought of when he woke up in the morning was not to punish her, but the fear that she might be hungry.

Her stomach was particularly sensitive. When she woke up in the morning, she would get hungry easily. If she stayed hungry for too long, she would get a stomachache.

He was afraid that she would be so hungry that her stomach would hurt. After he got up and washed up briefly, he went straight to the kitchen to make her some delicious dishes.

He had prepared the meal, thinking that they could eat together. Perhaps, their relationship would ease a little.

He missed her, even though he hated her to the bone. He realized, he wished even more, that the two of them could get along peacefully.

He went to the room to call her for dinner, but the room was empty. She had already left.

He knew she must have returned to her small apartment, he worried that she would starve herself by not eating breakfast, so he came over anxiously with a box of food.

Who knew, Everett had just left her room.

He cooked and cared for her, a treatment that even his own mother, Cornelia, had never enjoyed. Yet, this woman, she didn't see him at all. All she saw in her eyes were other men!

Fury surged like a tidal wave. Zackary spun around, forcefully pinning Penelope against the wall. "Penelope, you just crawled out of my bed and you couldn't wait to get Everett into yours! How the hell could you be so cheap?!"

"Penelope, wasn't I enough for you alone last night?!"

"Zackary, you're simply out of your mind!" Penelope trembled with anger. She had always known that Zackary was unreasonable, but his harsh words still upset her.

"Penelope, you don't love me anymore, it's Everett you love, isn't it?! Penelope, you want to live with Everett, you're dreaming!"

Penelope didn't love Everett, but she just didn't want to give Zackary the satisfaction. "Zackary, who I love is none of your business! However, I can tell you, even if I, Penelope, loved a male dog, I would never love you, Zackary!"

"Penelope, could you repeat that?!" Zackary was so furious he was about to explode. In her heart, he was even less than a male dog!

"Zackary, no matter how many times you ask me to say it, my answer remains the same. I, Penelope, do not love you, I haven't loved you for a long time! You mean nothing to me!"

"Nothing at all?!" Penelope's words completely infuriated Zackary. The red in his eyes grew even more intense, radiating a violent aura.

"Penelope, I, Zackary, was nothing to you, wasn't I? Everett was the only one in your heart, right?! You even used the marks I left on you to please Everett, weren't you disgusted?"

"Zackary, I detest filth!" Penelope suppressed the tremor in her body, her face bearing a heavy, nonchalant mockery.

"Zackary, I thought you were dirty!"

"Penelope!"

Zackary wished he could grind the infuriating woman in front of him into dust.

He didn't know what was wrong with himself. He thought about trying to get along well with Penelope, but every time he got close to her, he couldn't help but become irritable and furious.

"Penelope, you are mine! Even if you despise me for being dirty, even if you've fallen in love with someone else, in this lifetime, you can only be my, Zackary's, woman!"

Suddenly leaning down, Zackary fiercely kissed Penelope.

Penelope pushed him hard, but she knew his bad nature all too well. Her resistance would only make him more insane.

So, she simply stood by the wall like a lifeless stone pillar, letting him go.

Indeed, Penelope did not resist, and Zackary quickly let her go.

Having gained her freedom, Penelope pulled a wet wipe from the tea table and began to vigorously wipe her lips.

"So dirty!"

After wiping, Penelope forcefully threw the wet wipe into the trash can. She found that no matter how hard she scrubbed herself, she still felt incredibly dirty.

She thought, it must have been her heart, that was dirty.

"Penelope!"

Zackary stared intently at the wet wipe that Penelope had thrown into the trash can. He turned his head unintentionally and saw Everett's suit jacket that was still forgotten to be taken away.

Pain, anger, countless emotions intertwined in his eyes, and in the end, they all turned into a devastating silence.

Everett's clothes were taken off.

She was disheveled at the moment.

They really did it!

Before, he had repeatedly questioned whether Penelope and Everett had slept together. In fact, deep down, he felt that they had not.

But back then, he only felt that the woman in front of him was dirty, dirty to the bone.

If she hadn't slept with Everett, could she, a little-known internet celebrity, have landed the endorsement for Throne?!

A woman who climbed up by using her body, so damn dirty! Ridiculous, he still couldn't forget this dirty woman, Lola!

Rudely pushing Penelope onto the sofa, Zackary's voice was chillingly harsh, "Penelope, is it that fun to be a chicken?!"
