I turned around and saw Rodney and Macey. The ring on Macey's hand was a wedding ring.It seemed that they would get married.That was good. Rodney wouldn't bother me anymore. Darian deliberately stood next to me to separate me from them. Macey saw me first.

"Isn't that Cecilia? Rodney, your wife is here."

Macey was energetic, and no one would believe that she had just come out of the hospital a few days before.

"You are choosing wedding rings, so I won't bother you."

Rodney wanted to say something, but I decisively interrupted him.

"Remember to pick a big one. Otherwise, your love will be more fragile than paper."

Macey smiled when she found me angry.Rodney reached out to stop me when I was about to leave.

"Have you ever asked me if I will accept you, Rodney? When you were with her, did you think I didn't know?"

The moment the truth was revealed, everyone felt embarrassed.It was time for me to step away from the perfect memory.

"When did you know?"

Rodney asked.His lips trembled, and I realized that perhaps he and Macey had started dating earlier than I received the photo.It was ridiculous that I tortured myself for so long because of such a man.

"It doesn't matter, Rodney. I've told you that let's part ways in peace."

The truth was so embarrassing that I didn't want to reveal it. I didn't expect Rodney to make such a big deal out of it and even incite netizens, so the video I questioned him in the jewelry store was reposted wildly. His hypocrisy was exposed, and he was even criticized by netizens online. Someone even found my account and left messages saying Rodney didn't deserve me. I knew all that, but I was used to living a quiet life. After I canceled my account, I devoted myself to my work.
